Jennifer Atkinson
Jennifer Atkinson received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her M.F.A. from the University of Iowa. She is the author of two previous books of poems, The Dogwood Tree (University of Alabama, 1990) and The Drowned City (Northeastern University Press, 2000). A third book, Drift Ice, is forthcoming in 2008 from Etruscan Press. She teaches in the MFA program at George Mason University in the Virginia Piedmont.
