| Melissa Clatworthy recently resumed her maiden name Melissa Miller. She has worked in the Department of Art History and Archaeology since February 2000. Melissa accepted the position as the department secretary and now manages daily operations of the departmental office. She enjoys cultivating the public relations side of her position with faculty, staff, students, and alumni and has instituted several annual departmental gatherings at professional baseball games, bowling and field trips. She coordinates the professional print publications for our program including the annual newsletter, brochures, posters, and flyers. In May of 2002, she completed her bachelor's degree in Political Science at Washington University. Melissa has also been a professional photographer for the last 15 years. Her work includes both landscapes and portraits. She is currently working on a series of black and white portraits depicting tobacco farming in rural mid-Missouri. Melissa enjoys spending time with her children Anna and Jay, her partner Greg, and their families.
