Thirty-five numbered copies and eight artist’s proofs of this book were printed during the summer and autumn of 1994. The lithographs were hand pulled by Timothy P. Sheesley at Corridor Press, Otego, New York. The type, Monotype Garamond, was composed by Dan Carr and Julia Ferrari at Golgonooza Letter Foundry, and printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress, Hadley, Massachusetts.
