The English Language Program (ELP) offers Corporate English to provide practical solutions for non-native speakers of English who are working in the Saint Louis area.

We understand the importance of effective communication in the workplace, whether it be presenting research, participating in meetings, or working on a team.

Our program teaches your employees how to communicate clearly, directly, professionally, and effectively with managers, co-workers, and customers.

Our approach is “bottom up” training. Extensive pre-course assessments of language proficiency, workplace needs, and company needs are conducted.

As part of this process we include supervisors and managers in the course design by asking for their insights and input. We then design the course and deliver it on-site at your company.

Our program is customized to meet your schedule, your company culture, and job or industry-specific requirements.

Effective teaching requires individualized attention; therefore, our class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
