Welcome to my webpages. I am an assistant professor in the department of philosophy at Washington University in St Louis. I did my Ph.D. at Princeton (2004), and once upon a time I was an undergraduate at the University of St Andrews. I have been attempting to infiltrate the Australasian philosophy scene by spending all my (northern) summers as a visiting scholar at Melbourne University, and I was Killam Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alberta in 2005.
For spring 2009 I am a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, and in the fall I'll be taking up a visiting fellowship at Tilburg Center For Logic and Philosophy of Science (TiLPS) in the Netherlands. I can still be contacted by email at the address below.
