Associate Professor of Neurobiology
School of Medicine, Dept of Anatomy & Neurobiology
Larry Snyder's laboratory investigates the neural substrates of sensory to motor transformations in the macaque monkey. The experiments focus on the transformations required to perform eye and arm movements, but also include investigations into spatial memory and correlates of motor preparation. Techniques used include single unit recording, functional MRI and computational modelling.
