The Writing Placement Exam will be held on Friday, August 22, 2008, in January Hall, room 110. It will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. The exam will take no longer than two hours.

Exams will be read on the afternoon of Friday, August 22. Students and advisors will be notified of placement decisions (via university email). Students who place into a preparatory course must take that course in their first semester of study (no exceptions), and they will be automatically registered for that course.
